Terms of Service

    Effective October 1, 2026. Last updated October 1, 2026.

    1. Who We Are

Drever is a product of NOX FOUNDRY S.L., a company registered in Spain, with its registered office at Ramon Turro, 292, 08005 Barcelona. These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and NOX FOUNDRY S.L. ("we", "us"). You can reach us at support@drever.io.

    2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Drever (formerly FastApply), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

    3. Your Licence to Use Drever

While your account is in good standing we give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Drever, including for your own commercial job search. The CVs and cover letters Drever produces for you are yours to use however you like. Drever itself — the software, the brand, the designs and everything on this website apart from your own content — stays ours, and you may not copy it, resell it, scrape it or take it apart, except where the law says you may.

    4. Your CV Stays Yours

You keep ownership of everything you upload and everything we generate from it. To run the service you give us permission to store your CV, read it, send the parts a job needs to the providers listed in our Privacy Policy, and produce tailored documents from it. That permission exists so we can operate Drever for you and nothing else: we do not sell your content, we do not publish it, and we do not use it to train AI models. Delete your account and the permission ends with it.

    5. What You Promise Us

By uploading a CV or using Drever, you confirm that:

    • you are at least 18 years old and can enter into a contract
    • the CV is yours, or you are allowed to use it
    • you are entitled to give us any other person's details that appear in it, such as a referee
    • what you tell us is accurate, and you will keep it so
    • you are not barred from receiving the service under any sanctions or trade rules that apply to you

    6. What You May Not Do

You may not use Drever to:

    • upload anyone else's CV or personal data without a proper basis for it
    • upload unlawful, abusive or deliberately misleading content
    • misrepresent your experience, qualifications or identity to an employer
    • resell Drever, or use it to build a competing product
    • scrape the service, bypass rate limits, or automate access without our written permission
    • interfere with the service or try to reach another person's account

We screen uploads automatically for unlawful content, and a person reviews anything that is flagged.

    7. Suspending or Closing an Account

Accounts are approved before they are opened, and we may refuse one. We may also suspend or close an account, or remove content, where these terms or the law have been broken, where content has been flagged and confirmed, or where an account creates a legal or security risk. Where we reasonably can we tell you first and give you a chance to put it right. If we close a paid account for something you did not do wrong, we refund the unused part of what you paid. You can close your own account at any time by writing to support@drever.io.

    8. What Drever Does Not Promise

Drever writes CVs and cover letters with AI, and finds job adverts published elsewhere. That means:

    • Check before you send. AI-written text can be wrong, out of date, or phrased in a way you would not choose. You are the one applying, so read anything Drever produces before it goes to an employer. You stay responsible for what you send.
    • No promise of a result. Nothing here is a promise of interviews, replies or a job. Those depend on you, the employer and the market.
    • We are not the employer. Job adverts come from career pages and job boards we do not control. We do not verify that a role is real, current, or described accurately, and applying through Drever creates no relationship between us and the employer.

    9. Availability and Changes

Drever may be unavailable, slow or wrong, and we may change, pause or withdraw features as the product develops. We may also change these terms; when a change is material we update the dates at the top of this page, and continuing to use Drever after that means you accept the new terms. For a payment you have already made, the terms in force when you paid continue to govern that payment, unless the law requires otherwise.

    10. Paid Plans and Billing

Some Drever features need a paid plan. Before you pay, the checkout shows the price, the currency and how often you are billed. A subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period, at the price you agreed, until you cancel it. We tell you by email before a price change applies to you.

    11. Who Sells to You

We sell Drever through Dodo Payments, our authorised reseller and merchant of record. Dodo Payments Inc. is the seller for every purchase: your purchase contract is with Dodo Payments under its buyer terms, and Dodo Payments issues your receipt. We do not invoice you directly, and we never see your full card number. Your bank statement shows a descriptor that starts with DODOPAY_.

    12. Taxes

Dodo Payments works out, collects and pays any VAT or sales tax on your purchase. The checkout shows whether tax is included in the price. A business in the European Union can enter a valid VAT number at the checkout, and the reverse charge then applies.

    13. Cancellation

You can cancel a subscription at any time, and there is no fee. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for, and we do not bill you again. Cancel at least 48 hours before the period ends, because Dodo Payments needs that time to stop the next payment. Your CVs stay available to view and export after the period ends.

    14. Refunds

Ask for a full refund within 14 days of your payment and we give it, with no questions. Write to support@drever.io from the email address you bought with, and the money goes back to the card or account you paid from, through Dodo Payments. If you live in the European Union you also have a legal right to withdraw within 14 days; when you ask for immediate access to the product, you agree that this right ends once you start to use it. A refund policy does not replace the dispute process of the company that issued your card.

    15. If Something Goes Wrong

Write to support@drever.io first. Most billing problems are a mistake that we can undo faster than a bank can, and Dodo Payments also asks you, in its buyer terms, to contact it before you ask your bank to reverse a payment. Reversing a payment without asking us first, and without a legal reason to, is a breach of these terms and we may suspend the account. This does not affect a chargeback you are legally entitled to.

    16. No Warranty

We provide Drever as it is and as available. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or free of faults, or that the CVs it writes, the job adverts it shows you or the data behind them are accurate or complete. So far as the law allows, we exclude the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. If you are a consumer, this does not take away any right the law gives you that cannot be set aside by agreement.

    17. Limits on Our Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit — including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, and for any right you have as a consumer that cannot be set aside by agreement. Subject to that:

    • we are not liable for lost profits, lost opportunities, a job you did not get, or other indirect or consequential loss
    • we are not liable for what an employer, a job board or another third party does
    • our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before it arose

    18. Governing Law

The law of Spain governs these terms. If you are a consumer, this does not remove any right given to you by the law of the country you live in that cannot be set aside by agreement.
