Questions people ask before their first application
I have almost no work experience. Is there anything to tailor?
Yes, and this is where tailoring matters most. With a short history, which three bullet points sit at the top decides everything. Drever reorders coursework, internships, part-time work and projects around what each posting actually asks for, so the relevant thing is the first thing read.
Will an employer be able to tell the CV was AI-tailored?
It is your CV, reworded to match the job's own language — the same thing a careers advisor tells you to do by hand. We never add experience you do not have, so there is nothing to catch you out in an interview.
Do I need a different CV for every country I apply to?
You can search several cities at once, and the tailored version follows each posting's language and emphasis. Formatting conventions do differ by country, which is a good reason to read it over before sending — that takes seconds.
Is this only useful for tech jobs?
No. The tailoring works from whatever the job description says, so graduate schemes in marketing, finance, operations, policy and the rest are handled the same way.
I am still studying. Is it worth joining now?
