## The obvious objections

**Which sites do you actually read?**

Company career pages first — that is the source, and where the time advantage comes from. Aggregated boards are covered too, but they are the slower half of the picture by definition, because their listings are downstream of the company's own.

**Does applying early genuinely matter?**

It is the most reliable lever an applicant has. Many roles are filled from the first tranche of applications, and reviewer attention is highest before the pile forms. Nothing about your CV changes that arithmetic. Timing does.

**Can I use it for remote-only roles?**

Yes. Remote is a location option alongside cities, so a remote-only search is watched exactly the same way.

**What if the job is not in your feed?**
